Human trafficking threatens children’s lives in Nepal every day. Women and children are often sold, especially in remote areas. Poverty, frequent trade with India, high unemployment, and a lack of awareness and education are some of the driving contributors to this crisis.
Adara gives young Nepali girls at risk of trafficking a better start in life. In all their target schools they provide quality education, raise awareness of child trafficking and implement strong child protection practices.
Here at Cantik, we are proud to be able to partner with I=Change to circulate money from our collective privilege towards some incredibly important causes.
With each sale, we donate $1 to your choice of one of three charities. While this may not seem like much, this small amount adds up and often in developing countries a little goes a very long way. So far, I=Change together with their retail partners have raised over $1.4 million for charities around the world. Imagine if every brand gave back too...
Sadly, not everyone experiences their inherent right to safety, a life lived autonomously and the education & opportunity to create a future of their choosing.
One charity in partnership with I=Change that we have chosen is "Adara" who work to prevent trafficking through education.
In the remote Humla region, where Adara has worked since 1998, trafficking has significantly decreased and since 2016 there have been no reported cases of trafficking in our target villages
The Adara Group believes each and every person should have access to quality health, education and other essential services, no matter where they live. The first part of the Adara Group is an international development organisation called Adara Development that has expertise in maternal, newborn and child health, and remote community development.
Adara Development has been working in Nepal and Uganda for more than 20 years. The second part of the Adara Group consists of two businesses, Adara Partners and Adara Advisors, which are ‘for purpose’ rather than for profit. Their sole objective is to fund Adara Development’s administration and emergency project costs. This allows 100% of donations received by Adara Development to go directly to project-related costs.
Adara reaches more than 50,000 people living in poverty each year and countless more through knowledge sharing. Adara’s Remote Community Development work is holistic, and a key component of that work is ensuring remote Nepali communities have access to quality education, with a focus on the regions of the Humla district in the country’s far northwest, and Ghyangfedi in the Nuwakot district. Residents of Humla and Ghyangfedi in remote Nepal are largely subsistence farmers living in poverty. They are disadvantaged by geographic location, with poor access to government services and infrastructure. The need for quality education is pressing.
Historically, the Humla district had some of Nepal’s lowest literacy rates: female literacy in Humli youth (aged 15-24) sits at 41.7% compared to 80.2% in Nepal overall. In Ghyangfedi, rates are around 29.29%. Child trafficking is a problem throughout Nepal and children in remote villages are often more vulnerable, due to extreme poverty and lack of educational opportunities. Humla and Ghyangfedi have both historically experienced high rates of trafficking. A quality local school increases the chance of all children getting an education – their attendance is also monitored closely, and any absence is reported to local authorities.
In Humla, Adara’s education initiatives focus on school improvement, including teacher employment and training, school infrastructure and materials, after-school activities and vocational scholarships. We partner with eight schools, including the model Yalbang School, which in 2017 was named the best remote school, and fifth best government school overall in Nepal, based on exam results.
Ghyangfedi faces further challenges after the community was devastated by the 2015 Nepal earthquake with all schools and major buildings destroyed or flattened. For the past four years, we have been working alongside the community to improve access to quality education. The first stage of our work was to rebuild the school and include the provision of midday meals for all students. Food is an incentive for poor families who may otherwise keep their children at home to work.
Adara are now partnering with seven feeder schools to improve the quality across the region. Adara works in education by partnering with local government schools to help improve the quality of facilities, the attendance and quality of teachers, student attendance, and encouraging students’ and families’ active engagement with education.
Key Challenges & Opportunities:
The Humla district of northwest Nepal is one of the most remote places in the world. It is one of the last two districts not yet connected by road to lowland Nepal meaning walking is the main form of transport. It also has many seasonal challenges, with being under snow for three months of the year, and also experiencing several months of monsoons. This means implementing our programmes can be challenging, with weather disruptions and challenges sourcing and transporting the relevant materials.
Micro Goals:
This programme seeks to improve the quality of education in 16 target schools in remote parts of Nepal, raise awareness of child trafficking and implement strong child protection practices.
Macro Goals:
Adara’s Remote Community Development work contributes to improve the quality of life of women, children and the disadvantaged in isolated communities, improve access to education, and eliminate child trafficking.
Adara Development has deep expertise in remote community development. Part of this work focuses on the importance of education as a vital tool to combat child trafficking.
Sarita is 17 years old and lives in Humla, in the rugged and remote north-west of Nepal in the Himalayas. The region has no roads connecting it to major centres in Nepal. Covering a mountainous area of 5,655km2, its more than 50,000 residents are often snowed in for months over winter.
Humla’s remoteness creates challenges for its residents. Child trafficking is a problem throughout Nepal and children in remote villages are often more vulnerable, due to extreme poverty and lack of educational opportunities. Humla has historically experienced high rates of trafficking. A quality local school increases the chance of all children getting an education.
Sarita’s parents struggle to generate an income and lack the money to send Sarita to school. Luckily, she was selected as an Adara Scholarship recipient, which provided her with the educational materials and additional support to pursue an education. Now, Sarita has finished secondary and hopes to one day become a teacher.
To support Humli youth, Adara implements education initiatives which focus on school improvement, including teacher employment and training, school infrastructure and materials, after-school activities and vocational scholarships. They partner with eight schools across the district. The impact of this work has been astonishing. Now, 54% of students in Adara-supported schools in Humla are now girls.
Adara is grateful to the retailers helping change lives with every sale. And Cantik is incredibly grateful to our beautiful customers who chose this cause x

C: As a little girl, what did you always dream of being when you grew up?
A: I never really knew what job I wanted, but always knew it would be something unique.
C: Has that changed now and do you think you inner child would be proud of the woman you are today?
A: My life experiences have evolved me into who I am today, both negative and positive experiences have allowed me to grow and become the woman I am today, which I am proud of.
C: What do you do for a living?
A: I am a registered nurse and support those living with severe brain and spinal cord injuries. I am also a self-love and body image advocate through my work as a curve model and talent scout for BELLA management as well as being the founder of the Non Airbrushed Me movement. I also have a curve fashion line "Nyata" which like Cantik is made in Bali.
C: What advice would you give to 18-year-old Amber?
A: Always know however hard something maybe that you are going through, that you will be ok, and it is a lesson, an opportunity for growth.
C: What has been one of your hardest moments or challenges? And what is something you do to nurture yourself during trying times?
A: Supporting those close to me who are unwell or going through hard times which I have faced a lot in my life. I always want to fix things and care for others, and when I don't have control of that I find it really challenging.
I always remember to make sure whatever challenge I am going through in life, that I nurture my own well-being through ensuring I am eating well, exercise, good sleep hygiene, surrounding myself with positive energy and good people/animals.
Amber wears the ARMY colourway above
C: Do you have any daily rituals or routines?
A: I have many things I do on the daily which help me live my best life.
Though my main key is the love I share with my dogs.

The love they give back has a profound influence on my soul and positive wellbeing.
Oh and telling people who I love that I love them each day.
C: What advice can you give to young girls who may find themselves comparing their lives/bodies etc to others’?

What advice can you give to young girls who are constantly/comparing themselves to instagram models/influencers?
It’s funny how people think ‘gamers’ are nerds, those people who play World of Warcraft or SIMS or any online gaming world, that they live in unrealistic worlds.... When I see Instagram, I see a virtual online reality consisting of our deepest desires and burning insecurities. I see a place where a lot of us want to escape for just a moment of our day. It’s very easy to get lost in a world where it preys on your wishes, especially when you wish to be anything but who you are or where you are. I’d say to young girls to remember that Instagram is no different to that online gaming world many people make of fun and call ‘fake’ or ‘fantasy’. I’d remind them that everyone feels the way they do, everyone wants to portray themselves a certain way, it’s why we use make up, it’s why we change clothes like seasons, it’s why we work so hard to change our body shape. Instagram is just an extension of this, where we can capture and caption a moment of our life and ‘upgrade’ that moment as much as we like, or moreso, we feel the need to.
Remember when he whispered for the first time he loved you, when your mum cried on your shoulder because she was overwhelmed or when you and your best friend couldn’t stop giggling over some funny meme …did you stop to take a photo? I’m guessing no, because you were too busy feeling and living. Remember that.
How do you get motivated if you’re ever a bit down/tired?
I can be very lazy, so it’s hard for me, especially in winter! I might as well be a bear with my hibernation skills. If I’m tired or down I do Bikram yoga as the mental challenge to even get to class, let alone exercise makes me feel better. Already when I’m in the room I feel better about myself. Also surrounding myself with my friends that are inspirational and strong and kind, make me want to be better.

What book do you think every woman should read?
Definitely Brene Brown’s, Daring Greatly. If you don’t know her, watch her TED talk on youtube.
Weird fact about you/something we wouldn’t know from your Instagram:
I’m a massive anime fan and love medieval history, I’d love to do LARP. (live action role play). An amazing anime production studio called Studio Ghibli have produced some of the most beautiful and politically impressive pieces. I love the story of Princess Mononoke, about man vs. the environment.
Describe your perfect day:
It’s a day where time doesn’t exist, like in Bali, so you can go slow. I’d love to naturally wake up to the sound of the ocean. I’d make myself breakfast in bed, with a delicious cup of coffee. I’d have a morning cleanse in the ocean, followed by laying in the sunshine with a good book. The rest of the day would be filled with lots of giggle with my friends, some go karting or horse riding, followed by a long late lunch with an endless supply of drinks. We’d then watch the sunset over the ocean and light a fire and roast marshmallows and sing and play music. We’d lay under the stars and make wishes and talk about our wildest dreams. I’d then drift off to the sound of the ocean and dream about being married to Harry Styles…
Who do you look up to as a mentor?
I’d say any strong but kind woman or man, for they are what we need in this world.
In particular, my beautiful Mak (mother in Malaysian) who overcame religious adversity and very poor humble beginnings to raise five children, marry her childhood sweetheart, the man she was forbidden to love, and get a teaching degree at 40 with limited English skills. Throughout my whole life my mother has shown nothing but strength and kindness to us and the strangers around her. She struggled and doubted herself and at times didn’t know how she was going to work two jobs, go to university, be a wife and mother, and provide us children with all the opportunities she never got. She had to accept her children choosing not to follow the same religious faith she was brought up on. My mak was strong enough to let us make our own choices, find our own way in the world, even though it upset her, and for that I will forever be grateful. When I feel inadequate, I think of her and the integrity, the determination and the kindness she displayed to achieve all her dreams, and how she’s never once doubted I will reach mine. She is my mentor and best friend.
Finally, Cantik means “beautiful”, what is beautiful to you?
Beauty is the way in which you hold yourself, how you see the world and treat those around you. It’s how you treat yourself. It’s being selfless and kind but still allowing your light to shine because it inspires other to. It’s being completely vulnerable even though it terrifies you. It’s being smart, it’s being compassionate and it’s being ambitious. Beauty to me has always been soul deep rather than skin deep.
Be kind. Always. Love Aish x

]]>Diana wearing the STRING ALONG set in CAMEL, shot by victorhernandezm
Name: Diana Flores ( Flores = Flowers in English, that's why I use Diana Flowers) @miss_dianaflowers
Star sign: Scorpio
Hometown: Montreal, Canada
What do I do for fun:
Because I live in the city, we are not blessed with natural beaches. However, in Canada, we are fortunate to be surrounded by incredible natural scenery. I usually take the time to go hiking in nature; I love it when you can hear the wind blowing on the leaves of the trees and also the powerful sound of pounding water whether it's waves or waterfalls. Finding myself connected to nature and wilderness is what I love to do. It's amazing when you're able to find tranquillity within yourself.
Whats your best travel tip:
When travelling abroad, it's always important to ensure you have an extra amount of money aside for the unexpected. It will help alleviate stress and anxiety if freak outs happen. Don't let anything ruin your trip and memories!
What is something that would surprise us about you:
Most people are surprised when they ask me what I do in life because I show very little of this part of me. It's very important for me to keep myself busy. I have an interest in many subjects in life and love to get involved in everything. I'm currently a part-time model and I'm also in charge of social network for a clothing company, but what most of the people don't know is that I'm currently studying to be a nurse.
Diana wearing the BYRON ONE PIECE in CAMO, shot by victorhernandezm
As a little girl, what did you always dream of being when you grew up? Has that changed now and do you think you inner child would be proud of the woman you are today? :
When I was young, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian as I loved being surrounded by animals. Shortly after I started having an interest in fashion and wanted to become a designer. I would spend hours in the bathroom making clothes for my Barbies with toilet paper. My mother wasn’t very happy with my new found hobby since I would waste so much paper, so she decided to teach me how to sew instead hahaha. Now that I’ve grown my interests have remained quite similar. I may not be a designer, but I work in the fashion field, I may not be a veterinarian, but I will be a nurse. I’m actually very happy with the woman that I’ve become, and there’s nothing more satisfying than doing what you love to do.
You seem to be quite into photography, especially film. Who is your favourite photographer:
The reason I’m so into photography it’s because of my boyfriend, he’s actually a very talented photographer. He’s the reason I have found this new passion in photography. I find it’s important to co-memorize the memories and a camera allows us to do so. I’ve always had a taste for the vintage look however sometimes developing film is not always the quickest solution available, so my boyfriend works really hard to edit my pictures to give that effect that I love so much. On the other hand, we always have our film camera not too far to capture the moment. I love the unexpected colours palette, the grain and all of this gives personality and delicate nuance to the finished result. At this moment, I’m really into Brydie Mack’s work, however, without being cheesy, I find that my boyfriend’s work is pretty impressive. He’s always manages to get exactly what I want in a picture! Take a look for yourself: @victorhernandezm
What advice would you give to the 18-year-old?
Failure was my biggest fear in life. Only to later realize that there’s something much far worse than failing: Not trying at all. Don’t’ be afraid. If something troubles you then, by all means, get up and do something about it. To worry alone will never solve anything. Time is precious so I make sure I use it wisely so when a problem comes I make sure I don’t waste my time in worrying about it but it solving it. The advice I would give my 18-year-old self
is "do your best in everything you do and you will be fine."
Cantik means beautiful, and we want to know what is beautiful to you:
Beauty can mean a lot of things and used in many forms. For example, physical beauty to me can be different for you. However physical beauty has actually no value to me because it’s ephemeral. What beauty truly is for me is authenticity, originality and anything that is out of the ordinary. Beauty is someone who will respect themselves and stay true to who they are.

Kiah wears the MONTREAL top in OCEAN MARBLE
]]>I have been subscribed to "Notes From The Universe" email list for about the past 10 years. You would be amazed by how they resonate with you at the right time. Recently an email landed in my inbox that reminded me of someone very dear to me... It was then apparent who I wanted to feature next for The Cantik Coalition.
"Feeling incomplete does not make you so. It's how legends are born, giants are made, and history is written. It's why you're here. To ever so briefly escape your true identity as you live with an unquenchable thirst that will lead you into adventures of grandeur and a realisation that love is all there is."
Tell us a little about your life prior to this (travelling/modelling) and how you got to this stage?
There is one thing you have to know about me to understand my life. I would never do anything that is not enjoyable for me. It is impossible to push myself to actions I don't feel like doing or people who I find not appropriate for me. I just have this complicated type of personality. I was studying Arts and New Media in Warsaw (Poland). After finishing my BA as a graphic designer I still couldn’t stand so many hours spent in front of my laptop. I decided to change my interests and I did a master degree from psychology and management. Honestly, all my studies I was focused more on my real passions rather than projects, even though I was studying pretty hard. I remember being always in a rush for my Astanga Yoga classes after long days of lectures at my University. I was also travelling to South East Asia every possible school break. Instead of focusing on my future career I was exploring every corner of Borneo or Papua searching for indigenous people or birds of paradise. I was different, I was unsatisfied. People were staring at me like somebody different so I was like: why do I have to be normal when they don’t see me as a normal. After travelling half of the world, I finally finished my studies and decided to leave Poland to start a new chapter in Sydney. I think you guys were the first bikini brand who shared my picture. Remember this classy one piece shoot on the Maldives? Now I organise and model for 3-5 full day photo shoots a week and I try to expand as much as I can. How did I get to this stage? A lot of risk, sacrifice and hard work.
What advice can you give to others who are constantly comparing themselves to Instagram models/influencers such as yourself? Do you ever have down days, bad skin, insecurities?
Never compare yourself to anyone else. It’s always my number one advice for myself and for others. Let people you admire be your pure inspiration without judgment or jealousy. Do I ever have down days? I feel like I am the only one who have them and people around always seems so carefree and happy. I am trying to fight with myself all the time but it is extremely hard to be the best version of yourself when you are travelling and change the places you stay at least once a week. I am a totally normal girl with many ups and downs, still with a lot of bringing me down insecurities so I think they are not worth it. Remember, social media shows 1% of people’s life, especially my Instagram and Website is about shoots I do not show my private life. I want to show my aesthetic and vision, not myself!
You have an incredibly toned figure. What’s your secret?
There are so many aspects that affect the way you look and feel. I used to have a more stationary lifestyle in Warsaw or Bali where I was living and I was extremely disciplined. Now, my philosophy changed and I am focused more on the way I feel and actions I take rather than the way I look. My body is built on Astanga Yoga practice. I was doing it every day for 3 years. Now I do more gym to build the muscles I missed in yoga practice, and to maintain my strength without being over muscular. My secret is to sweat as much as possible, even when not just from working out, sauna and steams are always the solution. A lot of sweat, pain and virgin coconut oil.
What is your #1 health tip for your physical fitness and # 1 for your spiritual/emotional fitness?
I have the only one tip for both at one time: Astanga Yoga, try it!
Travelling so much are you able to keep any routine or rituals? Is there something you do every single day?
I thought I am strong enough to keep them but after travelling non-stop last 6 months (Maldives/Sydney/Hawaii/Mexico/Los Angeles/Miami/Turks and Caicos) I will tell you: it's totally impossible! Trust me usually my discipline is pretty intense. Even I have access to many gyms around the USA now, it is not the same feeling, it is just maintaining the thing I did in my past. I feel like I need to move to one place for 2 months to rebuild myself again. I feel a bit lost inside and outside now but I simply try to enjoy my travels as much as I can. I do gym from 3 to 6 times a week now, it keeps me alive. When I feel bad, I do Astanga.
What do you normally eat for breakfast? Is it hard to stay healthy when you are travelling so much and do you have any tips? (For instance, I recently stayed in a hotel and treated myself to an over-indulgence of going back to the breakfast buffet three times…)
Usually, I don’t eat breakfast because I am not hungry in the morning. I do triple shot coffee. I do my photo shoots or workout, then my lunch is more breakfast. My tip is simple: moderation is a key. There are no foods I am trying to avoid any more. Listen to your body deeply and never make yourself too full.
So far where has been your favourite travel destination and why?
I was living between Bali, Australia, Maldives and many other tropical places over last 2 year but after visiting Hawaii I am sure they are my favourite place so far. The people are full of positive energy and sun, the food is amazing and healthy (best sushi, poke, Acai bowls ever). They have amazing workout places (many yoga and Pilates studios). Hawaii is so multicultural. I love Asia and USA so a mix between Japanese, Chinese and American culture it is something for me. My travel goal for the next couple of months is Tahiti and Samoa for sure!
Best travel tip?
Always stick to local places and visit the places you can not google too much. For example, I recently visited Tulum and it seemed so artificial to me. If you are looking for something real visit the places like Raja Ampat or Sumatra (Indonesia) sleep amongst the local people, eat their food. It's way cheaper and you will remember it forever.
What is something that would surprise us about you?
I think everything! Let's start with the fact I am 28 years old...
What advice would you give to the 18-year-old Eva?
Don't study! Start what you do earlier. I really wish this all started when I was 18 years old.
What do you hope to achieve in the next 5 years?
I want to be the best version of myself. Whatever I will do I want to love what I do and be passionate about that. I don’t count my achievements… I just want to do the best I can whatever I am doing. I want to grow into bigger agency shooting with other models; I want to share more fitness, wellness and travel instead of bikinis. More real Eva, fewer bikinis I promise! I am sure I want to focus more on fitness, which was always the most important part of my life.
Cantik means beautiful and we want to know what is beautiful to you?
For me, beautiful is being real. I hate artificial people, emotion and places. I would never do a plastic surgery or date a guy just because he is good looking. I think it’s getting harder and harder in the world full of electronic devices to find a people who are not afraid of being real.

Australian Musician Holly Rankin (Jack River/Director of The Hopeless Utopian) developed the idea around conversations with fellow musicians Ali Barter, Alex Lahey, Montaigne, Lisa Mitchell, Kita Alexander and Gretta Ray (to name a few) about the incredible surge of women in music and how powerful it would be to join together to amplify this. “The last year in music, politics and culture made me realise the time is now for this idea. Girls are ready to amplify their talent alongside each other, and the world is ready for diversity in female role models,” Holly said.
More than a band night, Electric Lady will be a platform to amplify the strength of women in music, politics, science, sport and beyond. (These are girls we'd want in our Cantik Coalition!)
NAME: Ali Barter
JOB & INDUSTRY: I am a singer, songwriter, musician and writer.
FAVOURITE BAND: Foo Fighters.
FAVOURITE SONG: Malibu by Hole.
WHAT DO YOU DO? "I am a singer, songwriter, musician and writer. I write songs about the way I feel and I play them in a rock band with incredible musicians. I also write about women in music and explore the ways that women have been suppressed throughout history."
DESCRIBE YOUR WORK ETHIC: "Just show up. I find that showing up is 90% of getting anything done. I heard an interview with Benny and Bjorn from ABBA talking about songwriting. They said that it was like waiting for a dragon to come out of its cave. You have to sit there and wait. If you go have a nap, it might come out, then and you will have missed it. So, whenever I have to write or practice or create, I just rock up with my pen and guitar and don't stress about the final product. Just show up."
DO YOU HAVE A GIRL GANG? WHY DO YOU LOVE THEM?
"Yes. My girl gang consists of my friends from school. I was lucky to have remained friends with the girls I went to school with. They are intelligent, creative and ambitious women. We all do different things, some have babies, some travel the world for work, some have dogs and like to camp and go fishing. They are supportive and courageous and hilarious. We laugh the same way now as we did when we were 15. They are my anchor in life. I feel incredibly lucky to have them."
WHAT MAKES YOU WANT TO GIVE UP? HOW DO YOU BOUNCE BACK?
"My head makes me want to give up. I just have to learn to ignore it. It’s crazy the amount of horrible things that we say to ourselves in a day. If I listened to it, I’d never get out of bed in the morning. Sometimes I have to trust that my friends believe in me or my mum or whoever. I am not the best judge of myself. In fact, sometimes I’m the worst!"

If you are lucky enough to be attending Coachella this year you might be looking for some last minute outfit inspiration and some festival survival hacks.
You are about to embark on three full on days of music & partying, you want to be standing strong to see Kendrick Lamar’s headlining set on the Sunday night.
While Coachella is a melting pot for celebrities, models & “social influencers” to reveal their latest catwalk-come-festival outfits, you don’t want to be uncomfortable and weighed down by your elaborate outfit. Leave all the bells, whistles and headgear at home (this isn’t Burning Man). Keep functionality and comfort in mind so you can get the most out of your experience.
A one-piece swimsuit paired with vintage denim Levis is an easy outfit, having pockets relieves you of the burden of lugging around a bag. It will be hot during the day but bare in mind you are in the desert. Temperatures will plummet at night, so tie a jacket around your waist for warmth later on. You can also experiment with layering a bikini top with a sheer oversized T-shirt or chambray button up.
Wear comfortable, sturdy shoes like well-worn Doc Martens or Converse, anything that will allow you to run around for hours.
Looks we love.
Get these looks with pieces from our 2017 Artillery collection.

Delusions one piece, available in 6 colours:
Byron one piece, available in 6 colours.
Pay back crop, available in 8 colours.
It's an obvious hack, but remember to keep hydrated. Dancing, alcohol and sun is a recipe for heat stroke so drink plenty of water; purchase the $10 bottle at the beginning of the weekend to take advantage of the free water refilling stations.
A foundation make-up with high SPF will prevent burning and keep you looking fresher faced for longer. We love Ella Bache Sunguard 40 Foundation for the best coverage and colour. A hat is the best accessory and will keep your face shaded from the harsh sun. Lack of Color makes amazing 100% Australian wool or leather wide-brims or grab a dad cap from your local thrift store for a couple of dollars.
Print the map and set times to save using your phone all the time. Or better still, leave your phone in your locker or tent and only use it if you happen to get separated from your friends. You'll have a much better weekend if you are fully in the moment rather than live streaming every second of the festival on your Snapchat & Instagram stories.
If you are camping wake up early to beat the shower queues, you can always go back to bed afterwards or, go 'full-festi' and bathe with baby wipes. Fuel up for the day by eating a substantial breakfast with plenty of protein such as oats and fruit or an omelette with avocado and sourdough.
Finally, when it comes to detoxing after the massive weekend you've had have a course of activated charcoal in some coconut water, it removes chemicals and toxins from your system. Be sure to follow the instructions outlined on the bottle and don't take within two hours of any medication. You can find activated charcoal at your local health food store.
