For DHL EXPRESS International your order should take between 2-4 business days. This does not account for any Customs processing delays.  

Please note shipping times are approximates only and we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays once your order has been shipped, this includes clearance delays. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order - INTERNATIONAL

Most international orders are sent via DHL EXPRESS - trackable here

UAE/ Rest of the world:
Australia Post can be tracked here. If your country does not support this shipping service your order will be arriving via Australia Post Registered International. This service includes the security of signature on delivery, however, these are not real-time trackable, only traceable in the event they go missing.

All others will be sent via Registered International and will require signature on delivery, you will not be able to track this only trace in the event your parcel is missing or late.

Please allow up to 21 business days for your order to arrive. Orders not received within this time frame will not be eligible for late/missing enquiry until this time has passed.

Handling Time & Distribution

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will generally be dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once we have accepted your order, followed by an email containing your tracking # when your parcel has been picked up, another once it is in transit & an email when it's out for delivery (keeping you updated each step of the way). 

We know you are eager to receive your order, so for orders placed in the morning (AEST) we will attempt to distribute your order that afternoon where possible, if placed in the afternoon it will typically be sent the next business day.

This does not account for high volume periods such as during sales / promotions or holiday periods. 

We will always try our best to accommodate any rushed orders, feel free to contact us if you would like more specific dispatch / delivery details prior to placing your order. 

Late Deliveries
If you think your item is late there are a few things to check in the first instance:

Address details
Check that you provided the correct address on your order.

Card received
Check if an 'Item Awaiting Collection' or 'Safe Drop' card has been left in the letterbox or under your door.

As per Australia Post International guidelines, we cannot lodge an enquiry into late articles until they are deemed 15 days late (this means past the expected delivery time frame).

Customs fees payable
For the UK & Europe you may be able to check with Parcel Force 

Incorrect Address & Redelivery Terms

Once distributed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redelivered, we will not cancel and refund your order.

If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left by your local postage service.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification card from your local postage service.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders. GST is included in all Australian orders.

We are prohibited by law from marking an order as a ‘gift' on customs declaration forms, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice.
