TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You cannot checkout without first agreeing to our T&Cs. This is because we want to make sure you are fully aware of our policies before you make your purchase.

PRICING

Our online store supports multiple currency browsing however, upon check out you will see the amount listed in AUD. 

RETURNS 

For change of mind or incorrect choice we will gladly accept the return of items for store credit only.

Providing:

You contact us within 10 days of receipt of purchase; that goods are unworn, unwashed and in original saleable condition with tags and sanitary sticker attached, inside original packaging.

To obtain a returns authorisation number:

1. Please email orders@cantikswimwear.com - include your order number or the name the order was placed under

2. Include this form along with your returning garments and send via a registered or trackable service to:  PO BOX 104 HARBORD NSW AUSTRALIA 2096

3. Once you have been issued your returns number, you have 4 business days to send the item back or we reserve the right to cancel/reject your return. Returns postmarked outside this time frame are subject to rejection. Strictly no returns will be accepted without a returns form.

We highly recommend sending items using a tracking service as regretfully we cannot be held accountable for returned items that go missing in the post.

Once we receive your return we will inspect the goods and issue your store credit within three business days. Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate the reasons with you via email.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds. 
Items discounted at 40% or more of the original value are final sale and non-returnable.

Do I have to pay to return the item/s to you?

All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless return is due to a mistake on our behalf or by fault of manufacturer.

If you paid for your order using Paypal you may be eligible to claim your return shipping back using their refunded shipping service. You can see more details here. 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind.

STORE CREDITS

For all full priced orders we will issue you store credit valid for 6 months from your original date of purchase. For all garments purchased on sale or using a promotional code you will be issued with a store credit valid for 1 month only from the original purchase date and can only be used on garments within the same collection.

FAULTS

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment please contact us as quickly as possible so as we can assist. While your swimsuit is made to last we are not liable for general wear and tear.
We use high quality lightweight Italian Lycra however, please use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine and products such as lotions and sunscreen. We recommend hand washing or machine-washing inside a delicates bag on a gentle cycle. 

Please take into consideration that colours and prints may appear differently on your screen, depending on your resolution. All printing is done in rolls, therefore print placement and scale may differ slightly between size and garments.

 

TIME FRAME

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will usually leave our warehouse within 2 days.
This does not account for high volume periods such as sales, promotions and holidays.

SIZING

Size chart acts as a guide only and may not be accurate across all styles.

 

SHIPPING 

Please note shipping times are approximates only and we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays once your order has been shipped, this includes clearance delays. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered to the correct address.

TAXES & DUTIES 

All applicable taxes, custom fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders. GST is included in all Australian orders. 

We are prohibited by law from marking an order as a ‘gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

 

PRE ORDERS

Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and are subject to change without notice. Our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.

If you have purchased an item currently available as well as an item for pre-order, we will automatically combine your purchase and distribute your order once the pre-ordered style is available. If you would like to receive your other item sooner, please contact us so we can invoice you for additional postage and get your item to you ASAP.

PRIVACY

We hold your privacy as a top priority and therefore will not share your information with any third parties. Your information is stored behind a 'firewall' to prevent breaches of privacy. Credit card details are processed via a secure browser, we do not store your credit card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice, in which a full refund will be issued.
