The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin, Perth and some major centres).

*AUS POST UDPATE: Typically delivery is still next business day to applicable postcodes however due to increased parcel volume and/or route closures some delays may occur. Please note any delays associated with our shipping partners are beyond our control.

Express Post still offers the fastest possible service if posted outside the network, however, please allow 3-6* business days for your order to arrive.

Please provide a daytime address as you will be required to sign for your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card to arrange for collection or redelivery, which you will have 10 days to arrange before returned to us (you should receive a reminder notification from Australia Post after 4days).

Handling Time & Distribution

Orders are processed Monday to Friday & are usually shipped out the same day if placed before 2PM*. You will receive an order confirmation email once we have accepted your order, followed by an email containing your tracking # when your parcel has been picked up, another once it is in transit & an email when it's out for delivery (keeping you updated each step of the way).

We know you are eager to receive your order, so for orders placed in the morning (Sydney, Australia ) we will attempt to distribute your order that afternoon where possible, if placed in the afternoon it will typically be sent the next business day.

*During new season launches, sale or promotion periods there may be a 1-2 day delay in shipping out your order however, we will attempt to communicate this should delays become apparent.

Late Deliveries

If you think your item is late there are a few things to check in the first instance:

Address details
Check that you provided the correct address on your order.

Card received
Check if an 'Item Awaiting Collection' or 'Safe Drop' card has been left in the letterbox or under your door.

Incorrect Address & Redelivery Terms

Once distributed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redelivered, we will not cancel and refund your order.

If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left by your local postage service.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification card from your local postage service.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders. GST is included in all Australian orders.

Goods Purchased Online for Personal Use

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online because:

Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the online retailer.

To ensure the DHL courier can deliver your goods in shortest possible time after entering your country or customs union, DHL pays the customs authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods.

Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to DHL the goods will be delivered to you.

What is payable, if anything, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.

When buying goods online, you should always check whether they are either being sent to your address from: Your country Another country Outside your customs union country Note: Different rules apply when buying goods for commercial use.

We are prohibited by law from marking an order as a ‘gift' on customs declaration forms, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
